At Chic Et Luxe, each piece is made to order with intention and care. Because of the preorder nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds & Returns:
- All items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If your item is damaged upon arrival, please email thechicetluxe@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Order Cancellations
- You may request to cancel your preorder within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot offer a refund as your item has begun production.
